How to Block/Unblock A Mention?

Several options are provided next to each mention listed in the WebSignals dashboard. 

These include (from left to right):

• Trash

• Spam

• Reply

• Notes

To block a mention, you must click on the Spam Icon "🚫 ". Mentions marked as spam get listed in the "Spam" section on the left-side menu. Once a mention is marked as spam, you cannot un-spam/unblock it.
