The following terms and conditions govern all use of Web IQ technologies Pvt. Ltd offering WebSignals website and all content, services and products available on or through the website. The website is owned and managed by Web IQ Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Description of Service

WebSignals is a smart tool that tracks mention from the world wide web for the keywords entered by the users which helps them in monitoring what customers are talking about them and their competitors. Along with that, users can gain potential new users who show interest in targeted keywords & phrases.

The "Service" includes

(a) The WebSignals’ website,

(b) The requisite WebSignals tool and custom WebSignals packages

(c) Other services

Any new features added to or augmenting the service, are also subject to WebSignals terms & condition.

Representations and Warranties

When you sign up for WebSignals these Terms, the Agreement between you and WebSignals is formed, and the term of the Agreement (the “Term”) will begin. The Term will continue for as long as you have a WebSignals account or until you or we terminate the Agreement. If a user creates an account on behalf of another company or other third party website, the user represents and warrant that they have the authority to accept WebSignals’ Terms and enter into the Agreement.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

This Website is provided "as is," with all faults, and WebSignals express no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this Website or the materials contained on this Website. Also, nothing contained on this Website shall be interpreted as advising you.

Variation of Terms and Agreement

WebSignals is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review these Terms on a regular basis. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between WebSignals and you in relation to your use of this Website and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. The WebSignals is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Such limitation of liability shall apply to prevent recovery of direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, and punitive damages including lost profits, lost sales or business, lost data or business interruption whether such claim is based on warranty, contract, or tort (including negligence). Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, under no circumstances shall WebSignal be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes (including lawful and unlawful strikes), riots, insurrections, civil disturbances shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning. WebSignal shall not be liable for any direct damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever by any user or third party. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In these situations, ‘WebSignal' liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of India without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between foreign law, rules, and regulations, and Indian law, rules, and regulations, Indian law, rules, and regulations shall prevail and govern. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India. WebSignals Fair Use Policy (FUP) applies to the use of the product, service or data, whether provided directly or by another party to provide it to Customer WebSignals Fair Usage Policy is intended to ensure:

  • That the product services are not used in an unreasonable manner.
  • The keywords fed to monitor mention are in a fair and just manner
  • That use of the product services for any other purpose other than the intended usage is prohibited.
  • That the intention of tracking and processing the data other than to emulate the human way of accessing may be prohibited.
  • By using our Software Services, Customer agrees to the Fair Usage Policy.

Extended Privacy Policy

The Policy adheres strictly to the necessity to meet the new requirements for data processing as set out in the EU regulations governing personal data protection, namely the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 - GDPR (hereinafter: Regulation).

We collect certain information relating to users who visit the site. WebSignals does not make any attempt to obtain information that personally identifies our users who visit our site. All search engine data and other important information collected through WebSignals is owned by WebSignals and licensed to its customers on an as-needed basis.

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal information to others.
